Today’s Theme is Space. When I was your age space fascinated me. I would have loved to be an astronaut, but I
don’t know if I would be brave enough.
Do you think it would be fun to be an astronaut?
Science – watch my video. I’m going to make a galaxy. Try making one at home.

This video ends at the 8 minute mark – you can choose to stop it then or
let it continue playing with an episode about dinosaurs.
Draw a Picture of our Solar System. You may include as much or as little as you
want. Don’t try to include
everything. Label your picture when you
are finished. Don’t forget to use the
Capital Formation Chart from the Handwriting Packet to make sure you are
forming your letters correctly.
Math – create constellations. Use pretzel sticks (or tooth picks, straws,
etc.) and marshmallows (or jelly beans, gumdrops, etc.). You could even go outside and make them with
sticks and rocks. Be creative!
